Tahun Berdiri
Pertama kali didirikan pada bulan September 1964 bersamaan dengan pendirian Fakultas Farmasi. Saat ini, Program Studi S1 Farmasi adalah salah satu dari dua program studi yang dikelola oleh Fakultas Farmasi UKWMS, di samping Program Studi Profesi Apoteker.
Setelah menyelesaikan studi di Program Studi S1 Farmasi, lulusan dapat melanjutkan studi ke tingkat profesi apoteker, sehingga setelah menjadi seorang Apoteker, lulusan memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab lebih di pengelolaan apotek.
